The location is good and perfect as it's near CHIJMES center which are both next to the Carlton and tourist attractions like Chijmes, Bugis Street, Raffles and Haji lane. It's located away from hustle and bustle.

High-class and fairly clean place offers local breakfast and incredible location to the City Hall MRT station. Everyone who works in the hotel is so caring and top-class. It is nestled in the heart of the town, close to a Roman Catholic church. They have soft beverages in the poolside bar.

Our stay there was really nice. The property was clean and luxury and the location was particularly good and perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed the location in most largely populated areas. The hotel was away from hustle and bustle. Overall it was nice modern with great views of the chijmes church. The staff were smart and efficient and the concierge service and wake up calls were free of charge.

Appreciated the way our brand-new and nicely furnished deluxe king room with a nice view was arranged. The location was excellent and ideal, right across the Raffles City mall!

I recently stayed at Carlton Hotel for my father's 92nd birthday celebration. We arrived early and they kindly let us check in right away. The location was perfect and easily accessible to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the reception to the concierge. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were great. I felt very safe and secure as a solo female traveler. A special mention to the staff's sense of humor, which made us feel even more welcome. I will definitely recommend Carlton Hotel to my family and friends.

The service was great during my stay. There were exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, pay TV and a safe in the executive double room.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. New-fashioned and elegant rooms with a complimentary smart phone to use around Singapore, missing spoons-all which where rectified via a call plus rain shower, and good service. Stunning and incredible location right in the heart of the city, and 10 minute walk from G Art. Located away from hustle and bustle.

It was clean, breakfast was tasty and amazing. We had a soundproof executive king room with a big bed.

Fairly clean and functional place with competent and diligent staff in an appropriate and aggressive manner. Savoury and local breakfast at lower prices and with brilliant food available. Very attractive area, 400 metres to Bras Basah metro station. Honestly no reason to complain.
